Delivery Policy for SmarPlaque
At SmarPlaque, we are committed to providing a convenient and reliable delivery experience for all our valued customers. Below are the key details of our delivery policy:
Custom-Made Orders & Approval Process
All SmarPlaque orders are custom made.

Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, we will send you a design preview for approval via the contact method provided.

Once you approve the design (or request edits), we will prepare and dispatch your order in the following days.

Timely responses help ensure your order is sent without delay.

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the plaque will be produced and dispatched based on the original preview.
Delivery Methods
We offer free tracked delivery for every order. Our primary courier is Evri, Royal Mail, UPS, providing a Next Day Delivery Service.
Shipment Processing Time
All approved orders are processed within 24 hours, and typically a preview is sent within 1 working day after the order is made.

No dispatches are made on bank holidays — in these cases, orders will go out on the next working day.
Weekends, Holidays, and High-Volume Periods
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods or in the event of unexpected delays, we will contact you via email at hi@smarplaque.com to keep you updated.
Customer Responsibility
Tracked delivery ensures peace of mind. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
If incorrect delivery details are submitted at checkout and the order is shipped as entered, SmarPlaque is not liable. In such cases, a new order will need to be placed.
