What is the difference between a review plate and a review stand?

A plate is a flat, square acrylic piece that sits on a table, counter or till, a bit like a coaster. A stand is upright, so customers see it at eye level on a counter or reception desk.

How does a review plate work?

Customers tap an NFC-enabled phone on the plate or scan the QR code. Your chosen page opens in their browser: a Google review page, Instagram profile, menu, booking page or payment link.

Is my plate personalised?

Yes. Each plate is made to order with your logo and programmed to your link. Our optional Design Preview & Approval service (£0.90) emails you a mockup, with one revision, before printing.

Can I change where the plate links to?

Yes, for free, for the life of the product. Email hi@smarplaque.com with your order number and the new destination. The printed design does not change.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. It is a one-time purchase with no SmarPlaque subscription and unlimited taps and scans. Payment and booking providers may charge their own fees.
