How do I send my logo and review link?

Add your Google review link in the order notes at checkout. After purchase, email your logo to orders@smarplaque.com. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS, and AI files. We'll send a design proof within 24–48 hours for your approval before printing.

How do I change my link?

Find the unique ID under the QR code on your plaque. Email support@smarplaque.com with your plaque ID and new link. Updated within 24 hours — free for life.

NFC not working?

iPhone: Hold the top of your phone near the plaque and wait for a notification. Android: Hold the back of your phone near the plaque; check that NFC is enabled in Settings if nothing happens. The QR code works as a backup on any phone — just scan with your camera app.

QR code not scanning?

Clean the plaque surface, ensure good lighting, and hold your camera 15–30cm away. Contact us if the plaque is damaged and we'll arrange a replacement.

Track my order

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Tracked orders deliver in 48 hours via Evri or Royal Mail from dispatch.

Bulk orders (5+ units)

We offer discounted pricing on multi-unit orders for businesses with multiple locations or sites. Email support@smarplaque.com with your required quantity and we'll respond within one business day with pricing.
