Review Stands

Every SmarPlaque Google review stand is made to order with your logo or business name, not a ready-made template. Customers tap an NFC-enabled phone on the stand, or scan the QR code, and land on your Google review page. No app, no subscription, and free lifetime link changes if your review link ever moves.

Which design? The classic NFC and QR stand comes in A6, A5 and A4. Pick a mini plaque for tills, the "Your feedback matters" sign for receptions, the heart-shaped plaque for salons, or a two-link stand for Google reviews and Instagram together. Frequently asked questions

How does a Google review stand work?

Customers tap an NFC-enabled phone on the stand, or scan the printed QR code with their camera. Either way your Google review page opens in their browser. They need to be signed in to a Google account to post a review.

Do my customers need an app?

No. No SmarPlaque app is needed. NFC works on compatible NFC-enabled phones, and the QR code covers phones that cannot tap. An internet connection is needed.

Is each stand custom-made or a template?

Each stand is made to order with your logo or business name, then programmed to your own review link. You can add our optional Design Preview & Approval service (£0.90) to see an emailed mockup, with one revision, before we print.

Can I change the link later?

Yes. Every product includes free lifetime changes to its digital destination link. Email hi@smarplaque.com with your order number and the new link. The printed design stays the same.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 3 to 10 business days for production once your order details are complete (and your design is approved, if you chose the preview). UK delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is £2.95 on orders under £100 and free on orders of £100 or more.

Will a stand guarantee more reviews?

No product can guarantee a number of reviews, a rating or a search ranking. A stand makes it quicker for customers to reach your review page. Invite every customer to share honest feedback.
